User Reactivation Function - View Scenarios

Scenario 1: View Suspended or Inactivated User IDs

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the User Reactivation function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will open up the screen displaying an unfiltered list of User IDs that can be reactivated.

Note:

  • All the relevant User IDs will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list or input values into the relevant search criteria fields at the search panel, and click once on the Refresh button.
