User Group & Level Function - View Scenarios

Scenario 1: View Details of User Group and Level

Step 1 From the Tree Menu, search for the User Group & Level function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display User Group & Level Maintenance List panel with unfiltered data.

Note:

  • All the available Group Codes will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list or to narrow down the list using the 'Group Code' and or 'Description' search criteria fields at the User Group and Level Maintenance List panel, and then click once on the Refresh button.

Step 3

Mouse over the Details icon of a user group record at the User Groups and Levels Listing panel and click once on it.

Step 4

System will display the details of the selected user group at the User Group and Level Maintenance Details panel.

Step 5

Click once on the 'Group Level' section name, and thereafter click once on the Details button.

Step 6

System will display the details of the selected user group at the Group Level Details pop-up window.
