Journal GL Function - Create Scenarios

Scenario 1: Create Journal GL

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Journal GL function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with unfiltered data.

Note:

  • All the available journal general ledgers (GLs) will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list or input the relevant search criteria, and then click once on the Refresh button.

Step 3

Proceed to click once on the CreateNewRecord button.

Step 4

System will display the Journal GL Details window.

Step 5

Proceed to input values into all relevant fields at the Journal GL Details pop-up window.

Step 6

Click once on the Save button to save all data. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save all data inputted.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all changes made.
