Change Password Function - Fields Description
At this function, user will come across various fields or columns that needs to be maintained with relevant data.
The descriptions of the respective field or column, are as follows:-

User ID |
This refers to the current logon user and is displayed when function screen is been opened up. |
Staff ID |
This refers to the identity number of the respective staff in a bank or financial institution. |
Status |
This refers to status of the respective system user, e.g. A - Active. |
Branch |
This refers to the code of the branch of a bank or financial institution in which the user is stationed. |
Default User Group |
This refers to the description, or name of the respective user group. |
Default User Level |
This refers to user group level of users who will be granted access rights to a particular function. |
Login And Password Details (Sub-panel) |

ID Expiry Date |
This refers to the expiry date of identification number of the respective User in a system of a bank or financial institution. |
Last Login Date |
This refers to the most recent date the above selected User ID has been active in the system. |
Password Expiry Date |
This refers to the password expiry date of a User ID in a system of a bank or financial institution. |
Last Password Change Date |
This refers to the most recent date the password for the above selected User ID has been changed. |

Current Password |
This refers to the current password of a User ID in a system of a bank or financial institution. |
New Password |
This refers to the new password of a User ID in a system of a bank or financial institution. Note:

Confirm New Password |
This is to reconfirmation of the new password for a User ID in a system of a bank or financial institution. User needs to input the 2nd time the 'new password' in this field. |
New Password Criteria |
The possible fields that can be displayed will be dependent on user’s requirement during the system implementation stage, e.g., password contain 1 uppercase or maximum 10 characters. |
