Address & Contact Function - Update Scenarios
Scenario 1: Change Postal Address, or Email Address, or Phone Number

Step 1 |
From the Tree Menu, search for the Address & Contact function, and then click once on it. |
Step 2 |
System will display the Customer Search Criteria panel. |
Step 3 |
Proceed to input the search criterion. |
Step 4 |
Then, click once on the relevant search criterion button. |
Step 5 |
System will retrieve records of existing customer and displayed accordingly at the Customer Listing pop-up window, if there are more than one record found. |
Step 6 |
Double-click on an existing customer record. |
Step 7 |
The details of the selected customer together with the related correspondence addresses, will be displayed. |
Step 8 |
Proceed to make changes at the relevant sub-section under the 'Address' section, located at the 'Customer Address Maintenance' panel, whichever applicable:-
