Customer Relationship Function - View Scenarios

Scenario 1: View Customer Relationship

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Customer Relationship function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen without any data.

Step 3

Proceed to input value at the search criteria field located at the 'Customer Search Criteria' panel. Then, click once on a relevant search criterion button.

Step 4

System will retrieve records of existing customer and display accordingly at the Customer Listing pop-up window.

Step 5

Proceed to select a record of an existing customer by mousing over the record, and click once on it.

Step 6

Information of the selected record of an existing customer will be displayed at the 'Customer Information' panel, and the 'Customer Relationship Maintenance' panel.

Step 7

Click once on the View button in the 'Customer Relationship Maintenance' panel to view a graphical overview of the customer relationship in relation to the first customer record (parent record). System will display Relationship Graph panel.

Step 8

Click the 'Hierarchy Down' or 'Hierarchy Up' button in the 'Customer Relationship Maintenance' panel to view an overview of the customer relationship in a hierarchical structure that has been maintained in relation to the first customer record (parent record) on relationships maintained downwards or upwards. System will display Customer Relationship Hierarchy panel.

Step 9

Mouse over a customer record at the 'Customer Relationship Maintenance' panel and click once on the Details icon.

Note:

  • To view relationship , the current CIF record should be linked to a parent record.

  • The first row of customer record is the 'parent' customer record. Therefore, it cannot be selected to view the customer relationship details.

Step 10

System will display Customer Relationship Details pop-up window.
