Customer 360 Function - Introduction

Customer 360 (Single Customer View) allows banks or financial institutions to offer better customer service based on an improved understanding of the customer and their needs.

This function basically allows the authorised users (of various departments of the bank or financial institution) to have the same overview of each of its customer, as follows:

  • Basic personal information,e.g, Name, IC No, Address,Occupation, Risk Score.

  • Relationship with other customer of the bank or financial institution.

  • Brief details of the credit facilities of the customer (with shortcut link to the Credit Account 360 function)

  • Monthly credit account balance

  • Credit exposure of related parties of the customer.

  • Blacklist Status

  • Conduct of Account(s)

  • Uploaded documents pertaining to the customer.

Having this function, provides a personalised customer experience and ensure that all the authorised users of the bank or financial institution can access to consistent customer information.
