Transaction Document Maintenance Function - Introduction
Each transaction performed by user in the system needs to be captured in a form of document for the important reasons, as follows:-

Proof or evidence of a transaction

As a reference for the tellers' balancing exercise
The commonly used documents to capture the evidence or proof for each of the completed banking transaction in the system are advices, receipts and vouchers.
The main purpose of this function is to allow user to define the relevant document template to be used for the printing of the respective transaction details.
