Schedule Report Function - Update Scenarios
Scenario 1: Update Reports Group and Add Reports for Schedule

Step 1 |
From the Tree Menu, search for the Schedule Report function, and then click once on it. |
Step 2 |
By default, system will display a list of existing record(s), if any. |

Mouse over a record and then click once on the |

System will display the details at the Report Group Edit panel. |

Proceed to make changes at the Report Group Edit panel, as follows:-

Scenario 2: Ad hoc Generate or Extract a Group of Reports

From the Tree Menu, search for the Schedule Report function, and then click once on it. |
Step 2 |
By default, system will display a list of existing record(s), if any. |
Step 3 |
Mouse over a record and then click once on the 'Run' button. |
Step 4 |
System will proceed to execute the extraction of the selected group of reports. |
Scenario 3: Activate Reports Group’s Extraction Schedule

From the Tree Menu, search for the Schedule Report function, and then click once on it. |
Step 2 |
By default, system will display a list of existing record(s), if any. |
Step 3 |
Mouse over a record and then click once on the 'Activate' button. |
Step 4 |
The extraction schedule of the selected group of reports will be activated and will take place as scheduled. |
Scenario 4: Deactivate Reports Group’s Extraction Schedule

From the Tree Menu, search for the Schedule Report function, and then click once on it. |
Step 2 |
By default, system will display a list of existing record(s), if any. |
Step 3 |
Mouse over a record and then click once on the 'Deactivate' button. |
Step 4 |
The extraction schedule of the selected group of reports will be deactivated and will not take place as scheduled. |
