Schedule Report Function - Update Scenarios

Scenario 1: Update Reports Group and Add Reports for Schedule

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Schedule Report function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display a list of existing record(s), if any.

Step 3

Mouse over a record and then click once on the Details icon.

Step 4

System will display the details at the Report Group Edit panel.

Step 5

Proceed to make changes at the Report Group Edit panel, as follows:-

  • Mouse over each relevant field, and then overwrite the existing value (if applicable).

  • Mouse over a radio button option and then click once on it, to select, or re-select.

  • Click once on the Add button.

    • Proceed to input relevant field values on the 'Report Details' panel,as follows, and then, click once on the Save button:-

      • Mouse over the ExpandedPrompt button, and then mouse over a relevant value and click once on it.

      • Mouse over the '…​' icon of the 'Report' field, for the 'Reports' panel to be displayed for user to search and select a report by double-click on it, to select.

      • Mouse over a field and then key in value, or overwrite the existing value (if applicable).

Step 6

Lastly, click once on the Save button. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save data updated.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all changes made.

Scenario 2: Ad hoc Generate or Extract a Group of Reports

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Schedule Report function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display a list of existing record(s), if any.

Step 3

Mouse over a record and then click once on the 'Run' button.

Step 4

System will proceed to execute the extraction of the selected group of reports.

Scenario 3: Activate Reports Group’s Extraction Schedule

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Schedule Report function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display a list of existing record(s), if any.

Step 3

Mouse over a record and then click once on the 'Activate' button.

Step 4

The extraction schedule of the selected group of reports will be activated and will take place as scheduled.

Scenario 4: Deactivate Reports Group’s Extraction Schedule

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Schedule Report function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display a list of existing record(s), if any.

Step 3

Mouse over a record and then click once on the 'Deactivate' button.

Step 4

The extraction schedule of the selected group of reports will be deactivated and will not take place as scheduled.
