How to Release A Credit Facility?

The credit facility release process in system involves 2 parts, as follows:-

  • Maker - One user to input request for credit facility release and once ready to submit for approval

  • Checker - Another user to review and confirm by approving the credit facility release request; the credit facility release will take place.

Maker:

  1. Upon successful logon to the system, proceed to search for the Loan Release function from the Tree Menu, displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. Scroll up and down, if necessary.

  2. Mouse over the Loan Release function name and click once on it.

  3. Then, the selected function screen will be displayed at the right-hand side of the system’s screen.

  4. Input the relevant credit account.

  5. Proceed to input value into all the relevant fields or columns and then save it, and confirm its ready for approval.

Checker:

  1. Upon successful logon to the system, proceed to search for the Officer Workdesk function from the Tree Menu, displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. Scroll up and down, if necessary.

  2. Mouse over the Officer Workdesk function name and click once on it.

  3. Then, the selected function screen will be displayed at the right-hand side of the system’s screen.

  4. Click once on the 'Approval' task card.

  5. Double-click on the relevant record of assigned credit facility for release.

  6. Proceed to view the details and then input value into all the relevant fields or columns, (including the decision to approve the credit facility release) and then save it.
