Document Printing Function - Update Scenarios

Scenario 1: Document Printing

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Document Printing function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with unfiltered data.

Note:

  • All the records of documents that can be proceeded for printing, viewing from screen, or saving to a file, or send out as email, will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list or input the relevant search criteria, and then click once on the Refresh button.

Step 3

Mouse over the respective check box of each relevant document at the Document Listing panel, and then click once on it, to select.

Note: Repeat this step to select all the relevant document record.

Step 4

Thereafter, click once on the Select button.

Step 5

System will display the selected document(s) with the related report parameters to filter relevant data at the next screen.

Step 6

Proceed to input relevant field or parameter values for all the parameters, as follows:-

  • Mouse over a field and proceed to key in or overwrite the relevant value.

  • Mouse over the ExpandedPrompt button, and then click once on it. Thereafter, mouse over a record at the list of values, displayed, and double-click to select it.

  • Click once on the Calendar icon, for system to display the calendar window for user to select the relevant date value for a field, or column.

Step 7

Lastly, select (by clicking once) the mode of printing (button) available:-

  • Open on Screen

  • Send Email

  • Zip

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all inputs made.
