How to Create User Profile and Generate Password?

  1. Upon successful logon to the system, proceed to search for the User Profile function from the Tree Menu, displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. Scroll up and down, if necessary.

  2. Mouse over the User Profile function name and click once on it.

  3. Then, the selected function screen will be displayed at the right-hand side of the system’s screen.

  4. Proceed to create new user profile and then save it.

Note:

  • The temporary password will be generated and sent out to the respective user’s email address.

  • When the user logins to the system for the first time, system will enforce the user to change the password.
