Alert Code Maintenance Function - Create Scenarios

Scenario 1: Create Realtime Alert Code

Details
Step 1	From the Tree Menu, search for the Alert Code Maintenance function, and then click once on it.
Step 2	By default, system will display the unfiltered data, at the Realtime Alert section.
Step 3	Click once on the button.
Step 4	System will display the Alert Code Details panel.
Step 5	Proceed to input value into all the relevant fields, at the Alert Code Details panel, as follows:- Mouse over each text field, and key in the related field or column value. Mouse over each LOV field, and then click once on the icon, to view the list of options. Thereafter, mouse over an option and then click once on it, to select. Mouse over a radio button option of a field, and then click once on it, to select. Click once on the button, for system to display the 'Alert Send Method Details' window for data input, and then to confirm by clicking once on the button, to populate the data of the new record into the 'Alert Sending Method' sub-panel. Click once on the icon of a record, to remove it. Click once on the icon, for system to display a pop-up window containing more related details of a selected record.
Step 6	Lastly, click once on the button to save all data. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will proceed to capture and save data inputted. Note: Click once on the button, to discard all changes made.

Step 1

Click once on the button.

Step 4

System will display the Alert Code Details panel.

Step 5

Proceed to input value into all the relevant fields, at the Alert Code Details panel, as follows:-

Mouse over each text field, and key in the related field or column value.
Mouse over each LOV field, and then click once on the icon, to view the list of options. Thereafter, mouse over an option and then click once on it, to select.
Mouse over a radio button option of a field, and then click once on it, to select.
Click once on the button, for system to display the 'Alert Send Method Details' window for data input, and then to confirm by clicking once on the button, to populate the data of the new record into the 'Alert Sending Method' sub-panel.
Click once on the icon of a record, to remove it.
Click once on the icon, for system to display a pop-up window containing more related details of a selected record.

Step 6

Lastly, click once on the button to save all data. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will proceed to capture and save data inputted.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all changes made.

Scenario 2: Create Delay Alert Code

Details
Step 1	From the Tree Menu, search for the Alert Code Maintenance function, and then click once on it.
Step 2	By default, system will display the unfiltered data, at the Realtime Alert section.
Step 3	Click once on the Delay Alert section name.
Step 4	By default, system will display the unfiltered data, at the Delay Alert section, as well.
Step 5	Click once on the button.
Step 6	System will display the Alert Code Details panel.
Step 7	Proceed to input value into all the relevant fields, at the Alert Code Details panel, as follows:- Mouse over each text field, and key in the related field or column value. Mouse over each LOV field, and then click once on the icon, to view the list of options. Thereafter, mouse over an option and then click once on it, to select. Mouse over a radio button option of a field, and then click once on it, to select. Click once on the button, for system to display the 'Alert Send Method Details' window for data input, and then to confirm by clicking once on the button, to populate the data of the new record into the 'Alert Sending Method' sub-panel.
