This is the code associated with the respective set of GL attributes, e.g., GLSGMT.

This is the name of the respective set of GL attributes, e.g., GL SEGMENT.

This is the code associated with the respective set of GL attributes, e.g., GLSGMT.

Description

This is the name of the respective set of GL attributes, e.g., GL SEGMENT.

<Segment Values List> (Sub-Panel)

  • Presently the only available GL segments are the 'BRN - Branch' and 'FCCD - Currency' segments.

  • These 2 GL segments' values also defaulted to 'Null' value only, to indicate that branch and currency of each accounting entries will be inherited from the transaction performed.

Segment

This is count of the respective GL segment been added to the GL segments scheme been defined, 1, 2, and 3.

Segment Definition

This is the code and description of each the selected GL attribute, e.g., ORGN - Organisation, BOOK - Book, FCCD - Currency, BRN - Branch, CSTCTR - Cost Centre and BNKCONCPT - Banking Concept.

Segment Value

This is the code and description of the respective GL segment value, e.g., if segment is COSTCTR and segment values can be HR, Legal and Docum.
