Other Due Account Enquiry Function - View Scenarios

Scenario 1: View Delinquent Account Details and Activities

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the 'Other Due Account Enquiry' function, and then click on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with unfiltered data.

Note:

  • All the available debt collection cases (accounts) will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list, or to narrow down the list, by inputting value into the relevant search criteria fields available, and then pressed on either the 'Tab' or 'Enter' key on the keyboard, or click once on the Refresh button.

Step 3

Mouse over the record and click at Details icon.

Step 4

System will retrieve and display the related details of the selected debt collection case (account) at the Collection Workspace panel.

Note:

  • Click once on the respective available section name (e.g., Account Info, CIF Info, PTP, Upcoming Events, History and Remarks), in order to view the more details.

  • Click once on the respective available buttons (e.g., Account Details, Transaction History, Post Dated Cheque and Repayment Details), in order to view more details.

  • Mouse over an account holder’s record at the 'CIF Info' section in order to view the related details below the section.

  • Mouse over a contact date record at the 'PTP' section in order to view the related PTP records.

  • Click once on the 'Today’s Activity' button in order to view the list of draft status event that has been created for the delinquent account.

  • Click once on a draft event listed upon clicking once on the 'Today’s Activity' button in order to view the related details inputted earlier.

  • Click once on the 'Ad Hoc Event' button in order to view the list of events that can be created for the delinquent account.
