Periodic Schedule Maintenance Function - Update Scenarios

Scenario 1: Schedule Category of Periodic Tasks to Take Place Automatically

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Periodic Schedule Maintenance function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen without any data.

Step 3

Proceed to input value for 'Periodic Category' field.

Step 4

System will display the categories of periodic tasks or jobs at the Periodic Schedule Maintenance sub-panel.

Step 5

Proceed overwrite the values of the following fields:-

  • Hour(24)

  • Minute

Step 6

Click once on the Save button. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will capture and save all data updated.

Note: Click on the Cancel button, to discard all updates made.
