Authority Code Function - Update Scenarios

Scenario 1: Change Details of Authority Code

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Authority Code function, and then click once on the function name.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with unfiltered data.

Note:

  • All the available authority codes will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list or to narrow down the list using the available filter criteria fields.

Step 3

Mouse over the Details icon of an existing authority code.

Step 4

System will display the details at the Authority Code Details panel.

Note: Mouse over each record of authority list and then click once on the Details icon, to view more details, via the Authority Member Details pop-up window.

Step 5

Proceed to overwrite the relevant field values on the 'Authority Code Details' panel, as follows:-

  • Mouse over each text field, and key in the related field or column value.

  • Mouse over each LOV field, and then click once on the ExpandedPrompt icon, to view the list of options. Thereafter, mouse over an option and then click once on it, to select.

  • Mouse over a radio button option of a field, and then click once on it, to select.

  • Click once on the Add button, for system to display a related window for data input of a certain new record, and to confirm to populate the data of the new record.

  • Click once on the Remove Delete icon of a record, to remove it.

  • Mouse over the Details icon of an authority member’s record and then clicked once on it, to overwrite the 'Remarks' field value at the Authority Member Details pop-up window.

Step 6

Once completed data update, click once on the Save button to save all the data. Upon confirmation on data saving, system will proceed to capture and save data inputted.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all data inputted or updated.
