CA Enquiry Function - Fields Description

At this function, user will come across various fields or columns that needs to be maintained with relevant data.

The descriptions of the respective field or column, are as follows:-

<Search Criteria> (Panel)

CA No.

This is the unique reference number of each credit application created in system. This is a search data input field.

Applicant Name

This is the full name of the main-holder of the respective credit application. This is a search data input field.

Originating Branch

This is the home branch where the credit application has been created. This is a search data input field.

Application Status

This is the status of the respective credit application. This is a search data input field.

The possible values that can be selected, are as follows:-

  • A - Approved

  • D - Declined

  • DRP - Dropped

  • E - Recommended

  • N - New

  • O - Recommend to Reject

  • P - Pending

  • R - Rejected

  • X - Accepted

<CA Search Results> (Sub-Panel)

CA No.

This is the unique reference number of each credit application created in system.

Applicant Name

This is the full name of the main-holder of the respective credit application.

Originating Branch

This is the home branch where the credit application has been created.

Remarks

This is the comments, or notation inputted, or latest status retrieve by system on the respective credit application.

CA Enquiry Summary (Panel)

<Applicant Name><ID No.>

This is the full name of the applicant (main-holder), and the related customer identification number.

CA No.

This is the unique reference number of each credit application created in system.

This is the status of the respective credit application.

Note: The possible values that can be displayed are the same as mentioned at the 'Application Status' search criterion field, above.

Cr. Score

This is the credit score grading and credit scoring of the customer in the application, e.g., Grade: D, Score 969 .

Application

This indicates certain type of application, e.g., Normal.

AA

This is the code of the approval authority that has performed approval and date on the credit application.

Note: However, if the credit application has been automatically approved, the value that will be displayed in this field is 'AUTO_APPR'.

Contact

This is the designation name of en electronic mailbox that received and sent out messages, e.g., johnmh12@hotmail.com, or mobile telephone number for correspondence with the customer(s) in the credit application.

Address

This the correspondence postal address of the credit application.

Others

This is the additional details concerning the credit application.

<Created by <User ID> through <Branch> on 'application creation date'>

This indicates the date the application was created by a user bearing a certain User ID from an origination’s destination, e.g., Branch.

<Product Information> (Sub-Panel)

Facility No.

This is the unique reference number generated by system for the respective credit facility in a credit application, upon the 1st time the credit has been saved with selected product and financing details.

Product

This is the name of the applied credit facility’s product in the credit application.

Account No.

This is the unique reference number of the respective credit facility account created in system.

Note:

  • Credit facility’s account number is different from the facility number.

  • Each credit facility’s account number will be generated upon acceptance of the approved credit facility in a credit application.,

Repayment Type

This is the repayment pattern of the respective credit facility. Repayment type of each credit facility can be pre-maintained at the 'Product Maintenance' function, e.g., 'T - Installment.

Principal

This is the applied credit facility amount, or credit facility’s principal amount (in product currency) in the credit application.

Rate

This is the interest, or profit rate applied to the respective credit facility.

Interest

This is the total amount (in product currency) of interest or profit charged throughout the credit facility tenure.

Installment

This is the repayment amount (in product currency) that is payable for the credit facility on each repayment period, e.g., monthly basis.

Final Payment

This is the final period’s repayment amount (in product currency) that is payable for the credit facility.

#Guarantor

This is the total number of guarantor(s) for the respective credit facility, e.g., 2.

LO Expire On

This is the date on which a letter of offer for facility to customer will expire.

Guarantor(s) Attached (Sub-Panel)

Guarantor Reference No.

This is the Customer ID of each guarantor.

Name

This is the name of the guarantor.

Relationship

This is the relationship between the guarantor and the applicant (main-holder).

Memo (Sub-Panel)

Add Memo

Click once on this button to input memo contents, towards creating a memo via the 'Add Memo' pop-up window.

History

<Memo Contents>

This is the historical record of memo that contains the following brief details:-

  • Message

  • Memo created date and time

  • Memo creator User ID

Finance Summary (Sub-Panel)

Stage

This is the respective past credit processing workflow stage (including system’s background stage) that has taken place, which has impacted on the financing terms in the credit application.

Name

This is the User ID of the officer in charge of the credit application at the respective credit processing workflow stage.

Rate

This is the financing rate charged on the related credit facility in the credit application.

Applied Amount

This is the applied financing amount (in product currency) of a credit facility in the credit application.

Approved Amount

This is the approved financing amount (in product currency) of a credit facility in the credit application.

Applied/ Approved Tenure

This is the applied, or approved tenure of a credit facility in the credit application.

GEY

This is the 'Gross Effective Yield' (in percentage), applicable to the credit facility based on the facility amount, facility tenure, and the interest rate or profit rate charged. GEY does not take into account ancillary costs.

DSR

This is the Total Debt of the individual, or non-individual customer, against their income, or revenue; essentially refers to the customer’s debt commitment to income, and the lower the ratio value is better, e.g., 30.00 is better than 60.00.

Installment

This is the computed repayment amount (in product currency) that is payable for each repayment period (e.g., MYR1,500.00 on monthly basis) for the credit facility in the application.

Note: Alternatively, if multi-tier of interest or profit rates are applicable, click once on the 'More' hyperlink, displayed, to access the 'Facility Information' pop-up window to view the different periods' repayment amount.

Created On

This is the date and time that the respective record of financing repayment record with related risk indicators has been created or computed in system.

Activity (Sub-Panel)

CA Ativity (Section)

Add Comments

Click once on this button to input feedbacks or notations by present workflow stage via the 'Add Comments' pop-up window.

Event Name

This is the respective workflow stage that the credit application has undergone.

Start Date

This is the commencement date of the respective workflow stage of a credit application.

End Date

This is the end date of the respective workflow stage of a credit application.

Duration

This is the total time taken for the respective workflow stage to complete.

Remarks

This is the notation made during the respective workflow stage, e.g., Auto Drop by system after LO Expiry Date and AIP: Pass.

Note: The value of this column can be auto created by system, or inputted by the assigned user of the respective workflow stage.

Assigned User

This is the User ID and staff name of the user who has been assigned to complete the required task during the respective workflow stage.

Status

This is the progress status the respective workflow stage.

The possible options, are as follows:

  • P - Pending

  • C - Completed

  • D - Discarded

Decision

This is the resolution reached at the respective workflow stage.

The possible options, are as follows:

  • E - Recommended

  • O - Recommend to Reject

  • A - Approved

  • X - Accepted

  • D - Decline

  • Click once on the Details CA button, located at the bottom of this 'CA Enquiry', to view more details of the credit application via the 'CA Enquiry Details' screen.

  • For the description of each field or column of the 'CA Enquiry Details' screen, please refers to the similar field and column defined at the 'Fields Description' page of the 'CA Workspace' function.

  • At the 'CA Enquiry Details' screen, user can do the following:-

    • Click once on the View Attachments2 button, to view the attached documents.

    • Click once on the View DSR2 button, to view the computed debt service ratio of the application.

    • Click once on the OK button, to return to the 'CA Enquiry Summary' screen.

Add Memo (Pop-Up Window)

Memo

This is the intended message as a reference or note for the credit application.

  • The purpose of this window is to allow user to key in the contents of each new memo for the application.

  • This window will be displayed once user has clicked once on the Add Memo button, located at the 'Memo' sub-panel.

  • Click once on the Save button, to save the new memo.

  • Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all data inputted or updated, or return to the previous main screen.

Add comments (Pop-Up Window)

Remarks

This is the feedbacks or notations of the presently assigned workflow stage of an application.

  • The purpose of this window is to allow user to key in the contents of each new comment during the presently assigned workflow stage for the application.

  • This window will be displayed once user has clicked once on the AddComments button, located at the 'CA Activity' sub-panel.

  • Click once on the Save button, to save the new comment record.

  • Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all data inputted or updated, or return to the previous main screen.
