Journal GL Function - View Scenarios

Scenario 1: View Journal GL Code and Details

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Journal GL function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with unfiltered data.

Note:

  • All the available journal general ledgers (GLs) will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list or input the relevant search criteria, and then click once on the Refresh button.

Step 3

Click once on the Details icon of a GL code record.

Step 4

System will display the details of the selected journal GL, at the Journal GL Details pop-up window.
