Transaction GL Maintenance Function - View Scenarios

Scenario 1: View Transaction Journal GL Codes and Details

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the Transaction GL Maintenance function, and then click once on it.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with unfiltered data.

Note:

  • All the available transaction journal GL codes, will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list or input the relevant search criteria, and then, click once on the Refresh button.

Step 3

Mouse over the Details icon of a transaction journal GL code record.

Step 4

The details of the selected transaction journal GL code record, will be displayed at the Transaction GL Maintenance Details window.
