Service charge is one of the main sources of income in most banks and financial institutions. There are many ways charges can be calculated depending on the basis of computation used.

This function basically allows users to maintain charge codes (which can be consisted of different computation methods and basis of computation, depending on the arrangement made during system implementation stage) to be tagged to other functions (e.g., Product Maintenance) in system for charges computation.

Charge codes that have been effective can be viewed and selected from related functions. However, if a charge code has been used (e.g., tagged to a product), then system will not allow the charge code to be deleted.
