Alert Code Maintenance Function - Fields Description

At this function, user will come across various fields or columns that needs to be maintained with relevant data.

The descriptions of the respective field or column, are as follows:-

Alert Code Maintenance (Panel)

Realtime Alert/ Delay Alert (Section)

<Alert Code Search Criteria> (Sub-Panel)

Event Type

This is the code associated with a banking operation process stage that can be possibly tagged with a real time alert notification, or a delay alert notification, e.g., AP_APPROVED - Application Approved Alert.

Alert Code

This is the code associated with a certain a banking operation process stage’s alert notification scheme, e.g., APPRALERT.

Alert Description

This is the name of the respective alert code.

Status

This is the alert code’s status.

The available options, are as follows:-

  • A - Active (Alert code will be available for selection for tagging to related workflow stage)

  • I - Inactive. (Alert code will not be available for selection for tagging to related workflow stage)

Alert Code

Alert Code Description

This is the name of the respective alert code.

Event Type

This is the code associated with a banking operation process stage that can be possibly tagged with a real time alert notification, or a delay alert notification, e.g., AP_APPROVED - Application Approved Alert.

Status

This is the alert code’s status.

The available options, are as follows:-

  • A - Active (Alert code will be available for selection for tagging to related workflow stage)

  • I - Inactive. (Alert code will not be available for selection for tagging to related workflow stage)

  • This Realtime Alert panel will be displayed when the function screen has opened.

  • Click once on the Delay Alert panel name, to open the related screens.

  • The purposes of this panel, are as follows:-

    • View the list of realtime alert codes or delayed alert codes.

    • Access point to view and update the details of the respective alert code.

    • Access point to create alert codes.

Alert Code Details (Panel)

Alert Category

This is the type of alert notification to be applied or being applied to the respective alert code.

The available options, are as follows:-

  • ALERT_RTA - Realtime Alert (instant alert notification arising from a certain actions in system)

  • ALERT_DA - Delayed Alert (delayed time alert notification arising from a certain actions in system)

Event Type

This is the code associated with a banking operation process stage that can be possibly tagged with a real time alert notification, or a delay alert notification, e.g., AP_APPROVED - Application Approved Alert.

Alert Code

This is the system’s internal reference number of the document category that is associated with the respective alert code’s category, e.g., ALTAP003-Application Approval Alert.

Alert Sending Method (Sub-Panel)

Send Method

This is the communication mode of each generated alert, using the alert code.

The options, are as follows:-

  • EML - Email

  • SMS - SMS

Template ID

This is the pre-defined layout of a file or any types of document file to be used for the related alert contents to be displayed.

Recipient

This is to indicate the target group of recipients for each alert, using the alert code.

The options, are as follows:-

  • A - Assigned Approver

  • E - Application’s Customer

  • PRD - Periodic

  • Z - Adhoc

  • This panel will be displayed on the following manners:-

    • After user has clicked once on the CreateNewRecord button, in the attempt to create alert code.

    • After user has clicked once on the Details icon of an alert code.

  • The purposes of this panel, are as follows:-

    • Access point to view the details of each selected alert code.

    • To input details of 'new' alert code.
