How to Pick Up Assigned Tasks?

  1. Upon successful logon to the system, proceed to search for the CA Workspace or Officer Work Desk function from the Tree Menu, displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. Scroll up and down, if necessary.

  2. Mouse over the CA Workspace or Officer Work Desk function name and click once on it.

  3. Then, the selected function screen will be displayed at the right-hand side of the system’s screen.

  4. Click once on a relevant "Task" card.

  5. Thereafter, double-click on a task record from the list, displayed, for system to divert the screen focus at the task details.

Note:

  • The CA Workspace function will only display the assigned tasks related to the credit application processing workflows.

  • The Officer Workdesk function will only display the assigned tasks related to credit facility draw down workflows and tasks that are pending for override.
