GL Segment Scheme Function - Update Scenarios

Scenario 1: Update Details of GL Segment Scheme

Details

Step 1

From the Tree Menu, search for the GL Segment Scheme function.

Step 2

By default, system will display the screen with a list of available segment schemes (if any).

Note:

  • All the GL segment scheme records will be listed.

  • User needs to either go through the entire list or to narrow down the list by inputting the relevant search criteria, and click once on the Refresh button.

Step 3

Click once on the Details icon, of a GL segment scheme record.

Step 4

System will display the details at the selected Gl segment scheme.

Step 5

Proceed to overwrite all the relevant field ansd column values.

Step 6

Lastly, click once on the Save button.

Note: Click once on the Cancel button, to discard all inputs made.
