How to Create a Customer Information File (CIF)?

  1. Upon successful logon to the system, proceed to search for the Customer Maintenance function from the Tree Menu, displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. Scroll up and down, if necessary.

  2. Mouse over the Customer Maintenance function name and click once on it.

  3. Then, the selected function screen will be displayed at the right-hand side of the system’s screen.

  4. Proceed to create new customer information file and then save it.
