How to Access to Front Desk Transactions?

  1. Upon successful logon to the system, proceed to search for the Front Desk transaction function from the Tree Menu, displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. Scroll up and down, if necessary.

  2. Mouse over the Front Desk transaction function name and click once on it.

  3. Then, the selected function screen will be displayed at the right-hand side of the system’s screen, provided the user has access rights granted by system administrator.

  4. Select to perform 'New Account Transaction'.

  5. Search and select for the relevant account number.

  6. The brief account details will be displayed.

  7. Select the relevant Transaction to be performed at the 'Transaction List' field.
