Transaction Doc Reprinting Function - Introduction

There can be many reasons sometime, transaction documents cannot be printed out during transaction time.

Some reasons, are as follows:-

  • Printer hang

  • Printer out of ink

  • Internet connection cutoff

  • Paper jammed

In view of the above, this function will be helpful to allow users to view and reprint the transaction documents which have been printed earlier, or not successfully printed out earlier.

To perform reprinting of transaction documents, authorised user must ensure the following:-

  • The relevant document templates have been pre-maintained at the 'Template' function, and still exist at system database

  • The related document templates have been pre-mapped to the related transactions at the 'Transaction Document Maintenance' function

  • The printer has been pre-set
