Upon successful logon to the system, proceed to search for the Customer Relationship function from the Tree Menu, displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. Scroll up and down, if necessary.

Mouse over the Customer Relationship function name and click once on it.

Then, the selected function screen will be displayed at the right-hand side of the system’s screen.

Search and select for the existing customer record.

Proceed to select a type of relationship, and then key in the other customer’s ID No., and then save it.
