This function basically allows user to select and download scheduled reports on ad-hoc basis, whenever required.

The reports that can be downloaded from this function must be 'pre-scheduled' using the 'Schedule Report' function.

The possible formats, e.g., pdf and xlsx of which the respective report output can be downloaded, are dependent on the setting made for the respective 'Schedule' report at the 'Schedule Report' function.
